thumb_marsha.jpgMarsha Fraser, an Affiliate with EMT, has over 27 years of experience in human resource management and organizational development.

As owner of her own company, Solutions @ Work, Marsha has served as a consultant, facilitator, public speaker, and manager. Marsha specializes in managing organizational transitions, teambuilding, conflict resolution, executive coaching, customer service training, retreat facilitation, leadership development, workforce diversity, career transition, and project management.

Prior to forming her own consulting firm ten years ago, Marsha was a Vice President of the Seattle Office of Drake Beam Morin, Inc., the world's largest career transition consulting firm, specializing in executive assessment, counseling, and outplacement. 

Marsha also worked for nine years at the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) in Portland, Oregon. As the BPA's Human resource Development Manager, she was responsible for organizational development, executive and management development, training, and employee relations.

Prior to her work at the Bonneville Power Administration, Marsha worked for four years for The Department of Defense. Marsha served as the Regional Training Manager for four Western States, managing both technical and managerial training programs. Marsha also trained as a Certified Quality Assurance Specialist.

Marsha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received her Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton, where her emphasis was in Personnel Management and Counseling Psychology. Marsha also has doctoral level hours in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University in Portland, Oregon.

Marsha is Birkman Trained and Certified, with advanced accreditation, and is able to offer the full line of Birkman Services.
