Mike Carroll

As Founder and Managing Partner of Intelligent Conversations, Mike Carroll brings more than 28 years of business-to-business sales experience to help middle-market companies drive remarkable growth.  Mike works hands-on with senior executives, sales leaders, and salespeople to build profitable sales cultures.  He has transformed hundreds of sales teams by changing behaviors and leveraging proven methodologies to increase sales and improve profitability.  While Mike is proud of the impact he has had on thousands of sales professionals and sales leaders across North America, he takes tremendous satisfaction in helping CEOs, owners, and executives eliminate their uncertainties and doubts when making decisions about their sales team.

Prior to founding Intelligent Conversations in 2004, Mike held senior positions in sales, sales management, and product management at Wachovia Bank, M&I Bank, Mindlever, and Fiserv. He started his career at a Chicago ad agency and is forever grateful to the senior partner who recognized his sales abilities early in his career, plucking Mike from the creative team and moving him into a business development role.  Mike has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin.

Mike and his wife, Pam, live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with their four children.  Outside of work Mike enjoys outdoor activities, coaching Little League, cheering at cross country and track meets, singing bass in his church choir, and volunteering with various community organizations.

For over a decade he has been quietly conceiving and executing long-term strategy, building great teams, and ensuring that Coaches and Clients are cared for, are successful, and that all are positively impacting the world and having fun while doing it.
